Founded in 2020 by Alain Bélizaire, a passionate and visionary entrepreneur, Swiss Premium Properties was established in Le Bouveret, on the shores of Lake Geneva, alongside Swiss Premium Education, an education agency that advises international families on studying in Switzerland. Trained at USPI and the Lausanne Hotel School, he began his career opportunistically within his network, selling and handing over apartments, houses, schools, and hotels.

Today, the team has grown and is positioned as a key player on the Swiss Riviera.
